Northwest River Adventures and Killgore Adventures have teamed up to offer “The Ultimate Whitewater Weekend Adventure”. Start the fun with a day of whitewater rafting down a 20 mile stretch of the amazing Salmon River. Enjoy the white sandy beaches and rugged terrain as you float along the river, but don’t get too comfortable because this trip is filled with lots of action! We’ll give you the “Getting Wet” guarantee through rapids like Time Zone, Ladder, and Trap! Great fun for the whole family. Deli style lunch and beverages served riverside mid-day. When your day of rafting comes to a close you will be shuttled back to Whitebird where your evening will conclude with dinner served on the beach at Killgore’s Campground where you will spend the night in their motel (RV sites with full hookups and tent sites are also available). In the morning enjoy a continental breakfast, followed by a scenic shuttle ride to Pittsburg Landing where you will be met by Captain Kurt & experience Hells Canyon at its best on the Wild River Jet Boat Tour. On Killgore Adventures 6 hour tour you will see the deepest, most rugged part of Hells Canyon. Their jet boats will take you though all of the Wild River section, Natural Preserve area, and through all of the biggest whitewater rapids in Hells Canyon, along with stops at the many historical and scenic sites, as well as the wildlife sightings, this tour includes lunch, beverages, and a stop for a swim.
